There are three levels to our letting service to offer a range of products to suit all budgets & requirements:-




 Level One - (Marketing Only)

 Even the most experience Landlords sometimes require a little help in locating a suitable tenant, which is why we have a basic offer to help showcase your property offering maximum exposure at a fraction of the cost


  • Full advertising to include Key Property website, Find a property & Primelocation
  • Access to our current waiting database of clients
  • Active and on-going marketing until let
  • Prospective tenants referred direct to landlord to arrange viewings
  • Aimed towards the more experienced Landlord looking to find a tenant without the traditional agency cost
  • Exempt from the no let, no fee offer







Level Two – (Tenant find only service)

Finding the right tenant for your property is of utmost importance to us. Not only do you want someone who will pay the rent and look after the property, you also want someone who is going to be happy living in the property and who will make it their home.  That is why we use our experience to find the most suitable tenant for your property.


  • Advertise your property using local media, the internet & let boards
  • Arrange and carry out accompanied viewings
  • Carry out referencing & credit checks
  • Produce and complete the tenancy agreement
  • Collect the deposit & 1st months rent
  • We can if required arrange your EPC & Gas Safe inspection
  • Full inventory service available (at additional cost - ask for details) 
  • If we fail to locate a tenant for you within 4 weeks we do not charge any fees and you are free to withdraw your property







Level Three – (Tenant find only service)

Your property is an investment for the future and, as such, demands the highest level of care and attention. Our full management service is designed to give you the utmost peace of mind with the knowledge that we will do everything necessary to keep the tenant happy and the property safe and in good order. Level three includes all aspects of the ‘tenant find’  service  but also deals with the day-to-day management issues.


  • Collection of rent
  • Pursuit of late rent payments
  • Meter readings and notification to all utility providers
  • Monthly rent statements
  • Arranging for extension of the tenancy or to re-let the property
  • Advising on legal notices
  • Property visits to highlight any maintenance issues
  • Oversee & arrange any repairs as required.  
  • Dealing with any deductions from/releasing deposits
  • The preparation and serving of appropriate notices.
  • Mid-term inspection visits
